255.2 last week was 260 something but I didnt record it.

there may not be much physical change but I do feel less bloated.

Goals for this week. NO DRINKING! GASP!

No sugar!

I really want to be 110% this week bc I have a wedding to go to this weekend and would love to feel good….and to be able to drink;;;;like a betch.

Greek Salad (with half the tomatoes and cucumbers already eaten) with a piece of wheat bread. (if anyone msgs me that I shouldn’t be eating the wheat bread you will be dead to me)

ARGH!

i went to do my weigh in today…the batteries on my scale are dead. FUUUUUUUU!!!! Im thinking of changing my weigh days to fri or sat morning bc I am most likely to cheat on a weekend and think that maybe seeing my progress on a day where I would cheat will keep my from NOT cheating…or cheating smartly.

So last night…

My goal was to NOT drink or EAT at the birthday party. Getting out of the office late and running to rehearsal meant no time for din din (Blanche) which meant I ate at the party. BUT, I am very proud to say I portioned controlled myself on BOTH the food and the liquor. Although, you probably wouldnt have known that what I drink was (for me) portioned controlled. Anywhozin, back on track. Egga with spinach for breakfast this morning, yumz!
